.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A coastal surface trough will
develop along the central and northern California coast tonight,
and persist through Mon night before weakening. High pressure
centered far W of the northern waters will spread E Mon and Mon
night, then gradually shift S and weaken Tue and Tue night.
Another cold front will approach NW portions late Tue, move S
into the northern waters Tue night, the central waters Wed, and
then dissipate Wed night. The coastal trough will reform late Wed
into Wed night and persist through Fri night while high pressure
