.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...High pressure will remain to
the W and NW of the N and central waters today through Mon night,
then shift further W and weakening Tue into Wed night. A trough
of low pressure will persist along the N and central California
coast today through Sun night, then weaken Mon into Mon night
before dissipating late Tue. A cold front will approach the N
California waters late Wed then stall Wed night.
