.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A low pressure trough along the
central and northern California coast will persist tonight before
weakening. High pressure centered W of the northern waters will
spread E tonight, then gradually shift S and weaken Tue and Tue
night. A cold front will approach the NW portions late Tue, move
S into the northern waters Tue night, the central waters Wed, and
then dissipate Wed night. The coastal trough will reform late Wed
into Wed night and persist through Sat night while high pressure
builds E across the northern and central waters.
