.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A trough will weaken over the N
and central California coast tonight, then redevelop over the
central and S California coast Fri and Fri night. High pressure
will persist W and NW of the waters through Sun night. Another
low pressure trough will develop along the California coast Mon
and Mon night. Then move into the waters Tue while weakening. The
low will dissipate by Tue night.
