New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A stalled front S of the
waters will lift N and approach the area as a warm front
tonight. The warm front will lift N across the waters Mon and Mon
night. A cold front will approach the coast Mon night into Tue,
and then slide E and SE over the waters late Tue and Tue night
while weakening. Low pressure and another front will approach the
coast Wed, and move slowly E across the waters Wed night and
Thu. A series of low pressure troughs will move E across the
waters Thu night through Fri night as high pressure gradually
builds E to the coast.
