New England continental shelf and slope waters from 25 nm
offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...High pressure E of the waters
will slowly move E tonight, while a trough develops along the
coast. A warm front will then develop in the location of the
trough Thu, with low pressure and its associated cold front
gradually moving E across the waters Thu night and Fri. The low
will move off to the Canadian Maritimes Fri night, with a
secondary cold front then moving through the area from the NW
Sat. High pressure will build over the waters Sat night and Sun,
with the high shifting east Sun night ahead of strong low
pressure moving toward the Great Lakes. An associated strong cold
front will approach the coast Mon and will move just offshore
late Mon night.
