offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average
height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be
more than twice the significant wave height.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A strong cold front will
approach the coast this evening and move E across the area
tonight. A series of low pressure troughs will pass E across the
waters Thu and Thu night while high pressure builds E toward the
coast. The ridge will move across region Thu night into Fri,
then shift E of the area Fri night. Another strong cold front
will approach the coast Sat, then move across the waters Sat
night. High pressure will build E over the area Sun, and then
shift E of the region Sun night. A weaker cold front will move
offshore and stall just S of the waters Mon, and then will lift
back N across the area Mon night.
