Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average height of the highest 1/3 of the waves. Individual waves may be more than twice the significant wave height. Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. Another weak cold front will reach the coast this evening, move offshore tonight, then slowly push E across the waters Thu and Thu night. High pressure will build E toward the area Fri and Fri night, then persist along the coast through Sun night.
