Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms.

the waters tonight into Wed, and pass N of the area later Wed.
The front will then stall just N of the area Wed night and Thu as
a series of lows track E along the boundary, before the front
returns S across the waters as a cold front Fri into Sat night.
A cold front will move E over the S and central waters tonight
into Wed, then pass E of the area Wed night. A high pressure
ridge will build W of the region Fri into Sat night.
