...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in
Nebraska...

  Ponca Creek At Verdel affecting Knox County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL EARLY TOMORROW AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
  forecast.

* WHERE...Ponca Creek at Verdel.

* WHEN...Until early tomorrow afternoon.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, Minor rural lowlands begin to flood.
  At 13.5 feet, At this level Rayder Swanson Road floods.
  At 15.0 feet, Urban lowlands near Ponca Creek at Verdel and Lynch
  can flood.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 10:15 AM CDT Sunday the stage was 15.2 feet...or 1.7 feet
    above flood stage.
  - Bankfull stage is 12.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the last 24
    hours was 15.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    late tomorrow morning and continue falling to 8.7 feet Friday
    morning.
  - Flood stage is 13.5 feet.
