At 624 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along a line extending from 5 miles east of Nickerson to near Leshara to 5 miles northwest of Ashland to 3 miles northeast of Roca. Movement was east at 40 mph. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. * Strong thunderstorms will be near... Boys Town, Millard, Elmwood, Chalco, Wehrspann Lake, and Standing Bear Lake around 640 PM CDT. Papillion, La Vista, Springfield, Louisville, Fort Calhoun, Cedar Creek, Unadilla, and Prairie Queen Recreation Area around 645 PM CDT. Bellevue, Ralston, Syracuse, Weeping Water, Benson, Midtown, Walnut Creek Recreation Area, Florence, Aksarben, and South Omaha around 650 PM CDT. Western Council Bluffs, Offutt AFB, Carter Lake, Missouri Valley, Avoca, and Eppley Airfield around 655 PM CDT. Crescent around 700 PM CDT. Nehawka around 705 PM CDT.
