...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL DICKSON...EASTERN
MONTGOMERY AND NORTHWESTERN CHEATHAM COUNTIES THROUGH 130 PM CDT...

At 1256 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 12
miles south of Clarksville, moving northeast at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Clarksville, Pleasant View, and Cunningham.

This includes Interstate 24 between mile markers 7 and 16.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM CDT for
Middle Tennessee.
