EDT...

At 604 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong
thunderstorms along a line extending from near Phillipsport to near
Hainesville. Movement was east at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Newburgh, Middletown, Port Jervis, Monroe, Walden, West Point,
Warwick, Goshen, Howells, New Windsor, Gardnertown, Chester,
Montgomery, Greenwood Lake, and Florida.
