SURVEY SUMMARY:

Moderate tree damage along the path with large branches snapped
and a couple of trees uprooted. One farm outbuilding was largely
destroyed. At the end of the track 70-80 mph straight line winds
continued into the city of Mayfield, particularly on the south side.
