...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT SOUTH CENTRAL WARRICK...
SOUTHWESTERN SPENCER AND NORTHWESTERN DAVIESS COUNTIES THROUGH 845 PM
CDT...

At 820 PM CDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from near Stanley to near Owensboro. Movement was
northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Owensboro, Rockport, Grandview, Stanley, and Eureka.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 165 between Mile Markers 69 and 70.
 Audubon Parkway between Mile Markers 19 and 23.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Frequent cloud to ground lightning is occurring with these storms.
Lightning can strike 10 miles away from a thunderstorm. Seek a safe
shelter inside a building or vehicle.
