Forecast precipitation for the next 48 hours...
Basin average rainfall is forecast to range from 0.25 to
0.75 inches, with broad potential for the higher end range
across the Ohio and Allegheny River basins.  Additional rainfall
is likely through Monday that is not accounted for in the
forecasts.

Note that any thunderstorm is capable of producing localized
maxima above that range.

River trends...
Area rivers and streams are expected to remain steady over the
next 48 hours.  Additional rainfall is expected through Monday
that offers lower probabilities of 1 to 2 foot rises is
accumulation potential is maximized.  Note that any thunderstorm
is capable of causing rapid rises and falls in river and stream
heights that are not captured in the forecast.
