...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL BELMONT...OHIO AND
MARSHALL COUNTIES THROUGH 400 PM EDT...

At 323 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Shadyside, or near Bellaire, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Wheeling, Moundsville, Martins Ferry, Bellaire, Bethlehem,
Triadelphia, Valley Grove, Shadyside, McMechen, Glen Dale,
Bridgeport, Benwood, Brookside, Neffs, Elm Grove, Glendale, Rocklick,
Lone Oak, Grand Vue Park, and Dallas.

This includes the following highways...
  Interstate 70 in Ohio between mile markers 221 and 225.
  Interstate 70 in West Virginia between mile markers 0 and 14.
