  Tucker County in northeastern West Virginia...
  Southeastern Preston County in northeastern West Virginia...

* Until 330 PM EDT.

* At 245 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
  extending from 6 miles southwest of Rowlesburg to near Parsons to 6
  miles east of Elkins, moving east at 40 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Expect damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some
           power outages.

* Locations impacted include...
  Parsons, Davis, Thomas, Hendricks, Hambleton, Hannahsville, Elgon,
  Benbush, Elk, Lead Mine, Pifer Moutain, Canaan Valley State Park,
  Pheasant Run, Silver Lake, Blackwater Falls, Davisville, Cortland,
  Saint George, Red Creek, and Laneville.
