  Brooke County in northern West Virginia...
  Hancock County in northern West Virginia...

* Until 745 PM EDT.

* At 704 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Wintersville,
  or 7 miles west of Wellsburg, moving northeast at 20 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible. Expect wind
           damage to trees and power lines, resulting in some power
           outages.

  Weirton, Steubenville, Wellsburg, Avella, Toronto, Wintersville,
  Mingo Junction, Follansbee, Hooverson Heights, Tiltonsville, New
  Cumberland, Burgettstown, Smithfield, Franklin, Hickory, Beech
