...SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM EDT FOR
SOUTH CENTRAL MUSKINGUM COUNTY...

At 543 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 10 miles southeast
of South Zanesville, or 14 miles south of Zanesville, moving
southeast at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Golf ball size hail and 70 mph wind gusts.

SOURCE...Emergency management and the public have reported very
         large hail and significant wind damage to trees and
         mobile homes with this storm.

IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
         damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
         considerable tree damage. Wind damage is also likely to
         mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Locations impacted include...
  Rural portions of south central Muskingum County along the Morgan
  County line.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Anyone outdoors should move to shelter inside a well-built structure
and stay away from windows. This storm has produced widespread
damaging winds and dangerous hail.
