.DISCUSSION...Rain chances (30-35%) will materialize over the fire
area this afternoon, primarily after 5 PM with 0.01-0.03" of
accumulations possible. This is associated with a weather system
approaching the coast, which will also lead to increasing winds
through the morning. Wind directions will stay consistently out of
the west-northwest through Wednesday, peaking between 1 PM and 7
PM today as sustained winds of 10 to 15 mph and gusts of 20 to 25
mph are anticipated. Dry conditions after midnight with excellent
overnight recoveries.
