.DISCUSSION...A weather system approaching the coast will increase
southwest winds to 15 to 20mph with gusts between 25 to 30mph across
the fire area this morning. Strong winds are expected to persist
through the overnight hours, with winds decreasing to 10 to 15 mph
after 10AM tomorrow morning. Minimum RHs will decrease into the mid
to upper 30s, with excellent overnight recovery tonight.
