.DISCUSSION...The upper level trough has given way to a broad
zonal flow. Winds will lessen this morning to the west at
5 mph shifting to the southeast around 11 AM then again to
the northwest near 8PM. Daytime RH values will be low between
25-30% with moderate overnight recoveries. Temperatures will
increase over the remainder of the period as thermal trough
will makes its way across the region dropping daytime RH
values to below 20% with light winds increasing to 6 to 8 mph.
