At 1135 PM EDT, a strong thunderstorm was located near Indian River
Inlet Bridge, moving northeast at 25 knots.

HAZARD...Wind gusts to 40 knots.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Small craft could be damaged in briefly higher winds and
         suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Overfalls Shoal, Rehoboth Beach, Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island,
Indian River Inlet Bridge, and Cape Henlopen.
