...A SPECIAL MARINE WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 1230 AM EDT...

Coastal waters from Sandy Hook to Manasquan Inlet NJ out 20 nm...
Waters from Manasquan Inlet NJ to Little Egg Inlet NJ out 20 to 40
nm...
Waters from Sandy Hook NJ to Manasquan Inlet NJ out 20 to 40 nm...

At 1129 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms capable of producing waterspouts
were located along a line extending from 12 nm east of Shark River
Reef to 25 nm southeast of Sea Girt Reef to 16 nm east of Garden
State North Reef to Barnegat Light Reef, moving east at 45 knots.

HAZARD...Waterspouts, wind gusts to 40 knots, and small hail.

SOURCE...Buoy. At 1124 PM EDT, Kite Island gusted to 48 MPH.

IMPACT...Waterspouts can easily overturn boats and create locally
         hazardous seas. Small craft could be damaged in briefly
         higher winds and suddenly higher waves.

Locations impacted include...
Barnegat Light, Forked River, Barnegat Light Reef, Seaside Park, and
Harvey Cedars.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Move to safe harbor until hazardous weather passes.

Move to safe harbor immediately as gusty winds and high waves are
expected.
