WEDNESDAY...

* WHAT...For the first Small Craft Advisory, seas 10 to 12 ft at
  11 seconds and south winds 20 to 25 kt with gusts up to 30 kt.
  For the Gale Warning, seas 10 to 12 ft at 11 seconds and
  southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt expected. For
  the second Small Craft Advisory, seas 9 to 14 ft at 16 seconds
  and west winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon
  OR out 10 NM, Coastal waters from Cape Falcon to Cape
  Foulweather OR out 10 NM, Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to
  Cape Falcon OR from 10 to 60 NM and Waters from Cape Falcon to
  Cape Foulweather OR from 10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM PDT this evening.
  Gale Warning, until 8 AM PDT Tuesday. Small Craft Advisory,
  from 8 AM Tuesday to 5 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

  expected. For the Gale Warning, south winds 20 to 30 kt with
  gusts up to 35 kt expected. For the second Small Craft Advisory,
  southwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 25 kt.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Small Craft Advisory, until 11 PM PDT this evening.
  Gale Warning, until 8 AM PDT Tuesday. Small Craft Advisory,
  from 8 AM Tuesday to 5 AM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Very strong ebb current of 6.49 kt at 328
  AM Tuesday. Seas 13 to 14 ft. Ebb current of 3.43 kt at 355 PM
  Tuesday. Seas 8 to 9 ft. Very strong ebb current of 6.82 kt at
  415 AM Wednesday. Seas 14 to 17 ft.
