* WHAT...For the Gale Warning, seas 11 to 14 ft at 9 seconds and
  southwest winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 35 kt. For the
  Small Craft Advisory, seas 9 to 14 ft at 16 seconds and
  northwest winds 10 to 20 kt with gusts up to 30 kt expected.

* WHERE...Coastal waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to Cape Falcon
  OR out 10 NM, Coastal waters from Cape Falcon to Cape
  Foulweather OR out 10 NM, Waters from Cape Shoalwater WA to
  Cape Falcon OR from 10 to 60 NM and Waters from Cape Falcon to
  Cape Foulweather OR from 10 to 60 NM.

* WHEN...Gale Warning, until 8 AM PDT this morning. Small Craft
  Advisory, from 8 AM this morning to 11 PM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occurring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
recommended that mariners without the proper experience seek safe
harbor prior to the onset of gale conditions.

  winds 20 to 30 kt with gusts up to 40 kt. For the Small Craft
  Advisory, rough bar conditions expected and south winds gusting
  to 25 kt this morning.

* WHERE...In the Main Channel of the Columbia River Bar.

* WHEN...Gale Warning, until 8 AM PDT this morning. Small Craft
  Advisory, from 8 AM this morning to 11 PM PDT Wednesday.

* IMPACTS...Strong winds will cause hazardous seas which could
  capsize or damage vessels and reduce visibility.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS....9 to 11 ft building to 11 to 14 ft
  Wednesday morning. Very strong ebb current of 6.49 kt at 328 AM
  Tuesday with seas to 14 ft. Ebb current of 3.43 kt at 355 PM
  Tuesday with seas to 9 ft. Very strong ebb current of 6.82 kt at
  415 AM Wednesday. Seas to 15 ft.
