.DISCUSSION...
An upper level weather disturbance will lead to off-and-on thick
high clouds Sunday followed by less cloudiness Monday. Winds
Sunday afternoon are expected to be similar to what they were
Saturday though speeds may be somewhat lower. Winds Monday will
follow a similar diurnal pattern but with an earlier onset of
southwesterly and west in the afternoon. MinRH values will
continue to be near 10% and overnight recovery will be modest
with MaxRH roughly 25-35%.

                    partly cloudy (40-50 percent).
