...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL KIOWA COUNTY
THROUGH 445 PM MDT...

At 401 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm 9
miles east of Haswell, or 32 miles northwest of Lamar, moving north
at 35 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts of 50 to 55 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

This storm will remain over mainly rural areas of north central Kiowa
County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM MDT for
southeastern Colorado.
