...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT ALAMOSA...SOUTHEASTERN RIO
GRANDE...SOUTHWESTERN COSTILLA AND EASTERN CONEJOS COUNTIES THROUGH
530 PM MDT...

At 459 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 7 miles west of Alamosa to near La Jara to near
Antonito. Movement was northeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and pea size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Alamosa, San Luis Valley Airport, Manassa, Sanford, La Jara,
Antonito, Romeo, Mesita, Alamosa East, San Luis Lake, San Acacio,
Great Sand Dunes, Conejos, and Bountiful.
