.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A cold front will move S into
the northern waters today, then dissipate over the central
waters early Sun. A trough along the central and northern
California coast this morning will shift E this afternoon and
tonight as low pressure develops inland. The low will extend a
trough W across northern California Sun afternoon through Mon.
High pressure centered far W of the northern waters will spread
E Mon through Tue, then gradually shift S and weaken Tue night
and Wed as another cold front moves S into the northern waters.
The California coastal trough will reform Wed night.
