.SYNOPSIS...Winds and seas across the region will continue to
diminish today now that broad low pressure is further north of
Central America.  Seas to 8 ft will linger off Guatemala today,
then subside. Gentle to moderate winds and slight to moderate
wave heights will persist elsewhere across the region through the
early part of next week.
