Ponding of water in urban or other areas. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1051 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated moderate to heavy rain. Minor flooding may be ongoing or could begin shortly in the advisory area. - While the rainfall is not excessive, the ground remains saturated and the rain may readily runoff causing minor flooding, especially in urban areas and locations where ditches and drainages remain full. - Some locations that will experience flooding include... Raleigh, Cary, Smithfield, Wake Forest, Garner, Clayton, Zebulon, RDU International, Apex, Morrisville, Knightdale, Micro, Selma, Wendell, Rolesville, Pine Level, Kenly, Princeton, Youngsville and Flowers.
