Heavy rainfall and gusty winds will be possible Thursday night and
Friday as remnants of a tropical system track north into the
southern Appalachians.

There is a Marginal Risk for both severe storms and excessive
rainfall this afternoon and tonight. For the severe threat, damaging
winds and large hail are possible

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Wednesday through Monday.

Heavy rainfall and gusty winds will be possible Thursday night and
Friday as as remnants of a tropical system track north into the
southern Appalachians.
