FOR NORTHEASTERN MONTGOMERY AND SOUTHEASTERN RANDOLPH COUNTIES...

At 706 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Seagrove, or 7
miles south of North Carolina Zoo, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Damage to vehicles is expected.

Locations impacted include...
North Carolina Zoo, Seagrove, Star, and Steeds.
