The region sees dry conditions and well above normal temperatures
continuing today ahead of a cooling trend that begins on Friday
and continues through the weekend. Winds will be on the increase
Friday afternoon and evening ahead of an incoming dry cold front.
This could result in a several hours of critical fire weather
conditions in any receptive fuels.

The region sees well above normal temperatures continuing today along
with chances of showers and thunderstorms in areas along and south
of US-50 during the afternoon and evening hours. Gusty winds along
with drier conditions on Friday ahead of an incoming dry cold front
will result in several hours of critical fire weather conditions
in any areas of receptive fuels.
