returning to near season averages by midweek before increasing 10
to 15 degrees above season averages this weekend. Conditions will
largely remain dry with light winds through week before west
breezes increase over the weekend.

Gust north winds and dry conditions may yield areas of critical
fire weather conditions to lower elevation western Sierra
foothills today. Lighter west breezes will prevail for high Sierra
elevations through the Tahoe Basin. Cooler conditions continue
through Wednesday before a steady warming trend ramps up through
the weekend.
