Winds will decrease after 10 PM with a swtich to light west winds after midnight. * Another round of winds is possible late Sunday evening into early Monday morning with the next dry front. More localized critical conditions will occur late Sunday evening, but the strongest winds overnight won`t align with lowest humidity in afternoon. .TONIGHT...
