* Temperatures will warm to near record levels Wednesday and
  and Thursday with poor overnight recoveries. Storm chances
  remain low and less than 10% with a few afternoon buildups.

* Generally light terrain-driven winds, except for some
  increased southwest wind gusts late each afternoon.

* A trough will bring breezy winds and cooler temperatures
  Friday into the weekend with dry conditions prevailing.
