WINDS AND LOW HUMIDITY...

.DISCUSSION...

* Dry cold front bringing gusty winds with critical fire
  weather conditions forecast through 10 PM tonight.

* Strongest winds will be through 10 PM this evening with a 40%
  chance of wind gusts exceeding 40 mph between 7-10 PM. Winds
  will decrease after 10 PM with a swtich to light west winds
  after midnight.

* Another round of winds is possible late Sunday evening into
  early Monday morning with the next dry front. More localized
  critical conditions will occur late Sunday evening, but the
  strongest winds overnight won`t align with lowest humidity
  in afternoon.
