.DISCUSSION...
Expect a hot and humid afternoon with highs in the upper 80s across
the lowlands. A few afternoon showers or thunderstorms will be
possible, especially in the mountains. Thunderstorms will be more
likely tomorrow. Severe weather is not anticipated, but some storms
could bring locally heavy downpours. Strong wind gusts and small
hail also cannot be ruled out in isolated instances.
A cold front will cross Thursday, and any thunderstorm ahead of the
front is not expected to be long-lived nor pose any severe threat.
temperatures will be less warm, but still comfortable for Friday and
the weekend, with mainly the chance for an afternoon shower or
thundershower as an upper-level disturbance hangs around.
