The National Weather Service in Charleston West Virginia has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Eastern Morgan County in southeastern Ohio...

* Until 615 PM EDT.

* At 530 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near South
  Zanesville, or 9 miles south of Zanesville, moving southeast at 35
  mph.

  THIS IS A DESTRUCTIVE STORM FOR northeast Morgan County.


  HAZARD...80 mph wind gusts and two inch hail.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without
           shelter. Mobile homes will be heavily damaged. Expect
           considerable damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles.
           Extensive tree damage and power outages are likely.

* Locations impacted include...
  McConnelsville, Malta, Stockport, Bristol, Eagleport, and Hackney.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside
should move immediately to shelter inside a strong building. Stay
away from windows.

This is a dangerous storm, producing large hail driven by severe
winds! SEEK SHELTER NOW inside a sturdy structure and stay away from
windows! If you are caught outdoors, cover your head and neck.
