A weak disturbance will bring in a chance of rain showers to the northwest portion of the state. Dry weather will return Monday and Tuesday as high pressure rebuilds. Weak offshore flow Tuesday will increase temperatures for the day. The pattern becomes wet Wednesday through Friday with two systems brining in chances of widespread precipitation. The best chances of wetting rain is in the north Cascades, and the Olympics and coastline areas. Forecast for 20 foot wind speed (valleys and ridge tops) are 10 minute averages reflecting RAWS winds.
