.DISCUSSION...Upper level ridging expected to set up over the burn
site will shift eastward Tuesday, keeping warm and dry conditions
in place. Additionally, a thermal pressure trough located along
the coast will result in offshore flow, helping boost
temperatures to unseasonably warm values. Onshore flow returns
Tuesday night in advance of an approaching frontal system which
will bring rain and cooler temperatures Wednesday.
