.DISCUSSION...A weak frontal boundary has made its way inland
across western Washington here this evening. Closer to the
incident area, spotty shower activity has emanated, mostly
terrain driven. A 25-30% chance of rain showers are to remain
through tonight with less than a 10% chance for wetting rain with
rainfall amounts most likely less than 0.10". Winds tonight
generally on the lighter side from the SSE before shifting
towards the SW on Sunday morning. Onshore flow will keep diurnal
RH values well above critical thresholds.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (35-45 percent) then becoming
                    mostly cloudy (70-80 percent). Chance of rain
                    showers.
