.SYNOPSIS...Troughing remains over the region today with cooler
weather continuing. Weak high pressure brings a break in the
weather on Thursday but winds will be high near the summit.
Expect wetter weather over the weekend as the next upper level
disturbance rolls through.

.IMPACTS...Strong winds near the summit will make it difficult to
move safely and could produce local whiteout conditions. A high
level of skill and experience in alpine terrain, including use of
GPS, is recommended for navigation and camping in these
conditions.
