...A SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 115 AM CDT
FOR NORTHWESTERN CHRISTIAN...NORTHWESTERN STONE AND SOUTHEASTERN
LAWRENCE COUNTIES...

At 1237 AM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Mount Vernon,
moving southeast at 25 mph.

HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Hail damage to vehicles is expected. Expect wind damage to
         roofs, siding, and trees.

Locations impacted include...
Aurora, Mount Vernon, Marionville, Clever, Crane, Billings, Verona,
Hurley, Hoberg, Chesapeake, and Elsey.

This includes Interstate 44 between mile markers 43 and 53.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

For your protection move to an interior room on the lowest floor of a
building.

Torrential rainfall is occurring with this storm, and may lead to
flash flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded roadways.
