.Synopsis for the far Southern California coast...At 1 AM, a 1029
mb high was about 640 miles west of San Francisco and a 1003 mb
low was over eastern San Bernardino County. Weak onshore flow will
prevail this week, with a coastal eddy at times. Northwest winds
strengthen for the weekend.
