.DISCUSSION...
There was a decent coverage of at least some rainfall last night
into this morning across the region, although heavy rainfall
amounts were generally isolated. There could still be some very
isolated showers around the area through early this evening, with
some potential for showers wrapping around the backside of the
remnants of Helene affecting north and northeast zones on Friday.
Otherwise, anticipate dry conditions over the next several days
with limited potential for wildfires. Late tonight there could be
enough moisture and light winds for very patchy fog in sheltered
locations, although widespread dense fog should not be an issue.
