.DISCUSSION...
A tropical disturbance across the western Gulf of Mexico will bring a
chance for showers and thunderstorms across the east Texas and north
Louisiana fire districts through midweek with dry conditions prevailing
late this week into the weekend as upper-level ridging builds areawide.
Afternoon relative humidity values will average around 50 to 60 percent on
Wednesday, becoming 45 to 50 percent late in the week. Otherwise, mainly
east winds up to 10 knots to prevail each day.
