There is a chance for some showers or thunderstorms across our far
southern zones this afternoon from sea-breeze convection. Aside
from this, it is going to be extremely hot across the region with
afternoon highs in the upper 90s to around 100 degrees and heat
index values to around 110 degrees or higher. Min RH values will
remain elevated this afternoon and generally remain above 50
percent.
